Candlelighters “Race for our Kids”

On Saturday I volunteered for the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada. They held their 19th annual 5K and 1 Mile “Race For Our Kids” and I was honored to photograph the event for them. The race was awesome with so many fabulous individuals showing their support for this incredible organization. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the day. Enjoy!

Oh, and I almost forgot to thank my husband ;) He took half of the shots that day, and if I say so myself he’s learning quite well! And I suspect he even had fun doing it… hopefully he doesn’t try to stealing my thunder, lol! Just for fun… which pictures do you think are his?

    The woman with the fit legs???????????? No I can tell you’ve blured the background. Umm, I’m going to guess either Ronald or the Golden flusher!

    Actually… he did take the pic of the lady with the fit legs AND the dog! I love guessing games :)
