Vance worked with baby Landon’s father. They used to be on the same police squad. So it was really special to be able to photograph Landon. In these pictures, he is 4-weeks-old which is actually older than I would prefer. The magic time for photographing newborns is 10 days – they’ve just lost their umbilical cord and are still so sleepy you can pose them in the cutest positions.
Landon’s mom assured me that he would sleep the whole time, even though he was 4-weeks-old. As you can see, she was right! I was amazed at how well he slept. What a lucky mama!
Photographing this age is precious .And once again, I’d love to hear which is your favorite.
